Polex wet spray booth system for Tesrol Doors

January 2009

Polex recently installed two wet spray booth systems at Tesrol Doors in Wetherill Park, NSW. Tesrol Doors is a leading manufacturer of kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and office cabinet doors and accessories.

Each spray booth installed was 4.27 wide x 2.44 m high x 1.22 m deep. The spray booths were positioned side by side. Existing 11 kW extraction fans were retained from the previous system and reconnected to the new system. New electric controls were supplied in accordance with Australian Standards (AS4114).

The wet spray booths are used for capturing and filtering glue overspray while spraying contact adhesive onto the doors, panels and other components ready for the application of vinyl in a heat press.

Polex wet spray booths are pumpless and constructed from 1 mm thick bolt together Galvanised sheet metal panels. The spray booth water tank is fabricated from fully seam welded 2 mm thick Galvanised sheet metal.

Polex wet spray booths can be manufactured to suit specific space constraints. All equipment and systems manufactured by Polex are of the highest quality and are competitively priced.
